I first read this book over 30 years ago and promptly discarded the knowledge that it provided.  My question to my self is what would my life be like today if I had applied this information then.  I know that my pressent position in the world would be different.  This does not mean that I am in a bad way today only that things could have been better.

A word or caution.  Don’t live in the past or in the future–live in the now.  The only place that you can change anything is now.
